Lewmar supplied a complete GP winch and pedestal system for the 12 Meter Freedom, winner of the 1980 America's Cup. Freedom will be competing in the 12 Meter racing circuit including the 2018 North Americans and 2019 Worlds both in Newport, Rhode Island. Support for Freedom is being provided via Lewmar's Newport Shipyard office.
