
Given the unprecedented times relating to the Covid 19 pandemic, Lewmar have put measures in place to ensure our continued operation.
The UK Sales & Service teams are fully equipped to work from home and will rotate between home working and office based working in order to reduce exposure whilst ensuring we serve our customer base via email, phone and video calls.
Design, Engineering & Production divisions will operate on split shift patterns, alongside this we will maintain close communications with our freight contacts to ensure outbound deliveries continue as normal.
All Sales and service visits will be on hold until further notice and should you have any issues then please contact either your account manager or our technical support team (Techsupport@lewmar.com) where the team have a number of options to try and help resolve any problem remotely.
These necessary measures will be continually monitored and updated according to the latest government guidelines. We will keep you updated as things progress and notify you if anything changes.
